Most offers of admission have conditions that need to be met by a certain date usually over the summer. Conditions can include submitting final transcripts, achieving a specific grade in a required course, having a minimum final average, and sending English language requirements. Conditions and deadlines will be listed on your Offer of Admission, available through Quest.
If you fail to meet your admission conditions by the date on your Offer of Admission, your Offer could be revoked. If you wish to take time before starting university to work, travel, or return to high school, you can request to defer your Offer of Admission for up to a year for most Waterloo programs. If you've accepted an offer of admission and would like to accept a different one, you may do so without penalty up to June 1.
Click on "Review and Change Your Completed Application" and follow the instructions to accept a different offer. If you are a visa student and receive an offer of admission, a Letter of Acceptance will be included with your Offer of Admission and can be downloaded from your Quest account.
